He's worked alongside people from different backgrounds and at different levels of responsibility—learning from others, encouraging others, and discovering lessons that weren't always easy to accept.

He's experienced the excitement of building something, the disappointment of watching things fall apart, the consequences of difficult decisions, and the challenge of starting over.

But his message isn't about the businesses he's built, the positions he's held, or the things he's accomplished.
